INTRODUCTION

In 2010, we were approached by Herbalife to develop an effective product access solution able to operate around-the-clock where needed. In line with our motto, we naturally responded with a resounding “no problem,” going onto compile a leading team of experts in UI/UX software, payment systems, and self-service technology. By May the following year, we proudly revealed the first prototypes for the Automated Sales Center (ASC) and the Auto Attendant (AA). Since then, the project has grown from strength-to-strength, and Herbalife were (and are) thrilled with Filuet’s ability to overdeliver – time after time.
